3) Board Minutes of the investor in relation to the establishment;

4) Financial Statements of the investor for the preceding financial year;

5) Bank reference letter in favour of the investor;

6) Project Application (formerly Feasibility Study Report) in relation to the establishment;

7) Articles of Association of the FIE;

2 The Project Application should include the following contents:



i) name of the project, term of operation and the foreign investor¡¯s background;

ii) details of the project construction, technology to be adopted, target market, number of employees;

iii) location of the project, demand for resources such as land, water and energy and consumption of main materials;

iv) an environmental impact assessment document;

v) prices related to public products or services; and

vi) the total investment, registered capital, scheme off inance, capital contributions and equipment that is required to be imported.
